Mindful Mornings is a weekly online gathering that combines meditation, journaling and community dialogue.

Born from a desire to write more, Mindful Mornings has evolved into a community of curious humans who are seeking deeper connection within themselves and the world around them.

Join us on Thursdays from 7:30-9 a.m. MST on Zoom.

Each week you can expect a 10-minute guided meditation, journaling prompts, 20 minutes of silent writing, small group sharing and large group discussions.

Mindful Mornings is donation-based with a suggested donation of $10. I hope to meet you soon! All are welcome.
